These terms apply when you sign up for or use the Balla TestFlight beta. By joining, you agree to them.
The beta
Balla is pre-release software made for testing. It may change, contain bugs, stop working, or end at any time. Please do not rely on it for anything important, and keep copies of anything you do not want to lose.
Using Balla
You may use Balla personally for beta testing through TestFlight. Please do not share the beta with people who have not been invited, redistribute it, or try to copy, modify, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows you to do so.
Feedback
Feedback is optional, but wonderfully helpful. If you send feedback, you give Aaron permission to use it to improve Balla without compensation or obligation to you. Please do not include anything sensitive in feedback or screenshots.
TestFlight
Balla is distributed through Apple TestFlight. Apple's terms and requirements also apply, including its age requirements for beta testers. Read Apple's TestFlight Terms.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balla is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Your use of the beta is at your own risk.

These terms may change as Balla evolves. If you have a question or would like to leave the beta email list, reply to any Balla email from Aaron.
